Mary Aslett has an extensive background in the hospitality and catering industry and has been involved in education and training for the past 20 years. Since 2002 Mary has been an additional inspector with the Adult Learning Inspectorate and Ofsted. Mary has been a member of the Institute of Hospitality for many years.
The role of Business Improvement Manager is to raise the quality of all aspects of our provision and ensure all our activities are of the highest possible standard and meet all relevant legislative requirements.
