Reception and Administration Team
This department is split into two main areas:
Reception
The reception team is the first point of contact for Smart Training & Recruitment either greeting you as you arrive or via the telephone. With a multitude of tasks to their name such as answering all incoming telephone calls, taking messages, greeting guests, data input, booking/serving rooms, dealing with all incoming, out going post, stationery and Sage accounts. Every day brings new experiences.

Learner Administration
The Learner Administration team’s role is to manage the learner’s qualification paperwork throughout their journey with Smart.
Main duties include, processing start and leaver information, registration and claiming of learner’s programmes, all course administration and maintaining regular contact with our awarding body City and Guilds along with other relevant awarding bodies.
