The Business Development Team between them have over 80 years of experience covering all aspects of Hospitality & Catering, Administration and Customer Service and have all owned and run their own businesses and worked in recruitment, training and marketing during this time.

With their knowledge and experience of the industry they are well placed to give information, advice and guidance to people of all ages in order for them to gain work placements and training opportunities.

They are here to help and support you in finding employment, CV writing and interview skills and are with you all the way through to accompanying you to interviews.

Whilst they all work tirelessly to enrol new learners in the workplace and to find employment for those are not in a secure job they also have their own areas of responsibility.

Carol Prince is the main point of contact for Isle of Wight employers and learners who are interested in undertaking training.

Jenny Brown is based at our Bournemouth office and is responsible for the recruitment of learners throughout Dorset.

Gill Rogers manages the whole process and ensures both learners and employers are involved in the learning experience along with marketing, advertising and developing new business.
