Recruitment Team
The recruitment team between them have over 80years of experience covering all aspects of Hospitality & Catering, Administration and Customer Service and have all owned and run their own businesses and worked in recruitment, training and marketing during this time.
With their knowledge and experience of the industry they are well placed to give information, advice and guidance to people of all ages in order for them to gain work placements and training opportunities.
They are here to help and support you in finding employment, CV writing and interview skills and are with you all the way through to accompanying you to interviews.
Whilst all three work tirelessly to enrol new learners in the workplace and to find employment for those are not in a secure job they also have their own areas of responsibility.
Carol is the main point of contact for our Pre-Apprenticeship Programme, and is our liaison with Connexions.
Sue carries out all our workplace Health & Safety checks and advises employers on all aspects of the requirements for employing young people. She also administers our ESF project for Adults into Retail.
Gill manages the whole process and ensures both Learners and Employers are involved in the learning experience along with marketing, advertising and developing new business.
