Training Advisors
Our Training Advisors (TAs) are here to support, guide and assess learners as they progress through their chosen qualification.
All of our Training Advisors are very experienced managers within the sector they assess as well holding relevant qualifications in their subject area.
The principal role is to work in partnership with employers to guide and support their learners through the journey of learning, to ensure they enjoy and achieve their qualifications and meet their aspirations.
Training Advisors offer pastoral care to learners to mentor them through some of the more difficult aspects of the world of work that can arise during the early phase of learning. They also practice what they preach and have embraced the ethos of life long learning and continue their own personal development whilst working and supporting their learners.
