Apprenticeship Benefits

Apprenticeship Benefits to your workforce!

Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training in your organisation with off-the-job learning. The learning provides a real understanding of the working world, combining practical skills with theoretical knowledge. As an employer, you will see the Apprenticeship benefits from day one… We provide staff training to meet your specific requirements, free consultancy for individual businesses on a range of areas and we work in partnership with you to train and develop a motivated, skilled and confident workforce who will help your business grow.

The one thing that all employers rely on is the quality of their people. The more experienced and the better trained they are, the more that reflects on the reputation and performance of their company. Qualifications are available to both Levy and non-levy businesses. We can also offer fully funded training for 16 – 18-year-olds. Eligibility will apply, please speak to a member of the Smart Training team for more information.

Smart offers Apprenticeship programmes in the following sectors:-

Our business has been built on apprenticeships. Rising through the ranks is a consistent theme of individuals growth at Rapanui, it gives them a sense of purpose, incentivises them to exceed in their positions and gives us staff that are capable of managing departments even more effectively – knowing their colleagues jobs inside out as they do, as they once did it themselves.
