Ideal for a trainee chef, this qualification focuses on the Preparation and Cooking of food. With core mandatory units designed to heighten your awareness of Hygiene and Food Safety this qualification gives you a firm basis from which to develop.

By the end of this qualification you will be able to confidently prepare and cook basic dishes and will be provided with the opportunity to progress to a Level 3 qualification.
