Level 3 Professional Cookery

Building on the knowledge developed at Level 2 this qualification is ideal for the established or Head Chef. This qualification covers similar units to the Level 2 but requires a much higher standard of work to be produced.

Mandatory units cover topics such as Health and Hygiene and Food Safety whilst optional units require Preparation and Cooking of complex dishes.
