The next step up from Level 2 involves more detailed units and specialist knowledge. Some examples of units include Auditing stock, Credit and Hire facilities, Solving customer service problems and Planning staff levels.
This qualification is generally aimed at those working at a supervisory level as to cover all the relevant units.
