Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

The course runs over a period of 6 months and is made up of core units assessed by means of work-based assignments and an on-line examination. The assignments are set and assessed by a designated course c-ordinator in accordance with strict criteria laid down by City & Guilds.

They include areas such as communication systems, developing customer service skills; improving the perception of yourself and your company, legislation for the modern business and methods used to monitor customer service. It will include assessment in the workplace as well as tutorials and group work.
