The course runs over a period of 6 months and is made up of core units assessed by means of work-based assignments and a time-tabled examination. The assignments are set asnd assessed by a designated course c-ordinator in accordance with strict criteria laid down by City & Guilds.
They include areas such as managing customer service and communication systems, developing the service levels of yourself, your staff and your organisation; legislation for the modern business and methods used to monitor customer service. It will include assessment in the workplace as well as tutorials and group work.
