CIEH L2 Award in Food Safety
To introduce the principles and practices of food hygiene. that ensures safe food, prevents food poisoning and complies with European and British Food Safety Law.
Aimed at:
Anyone who handles food and drink as part of their everyday or occasional working practices. This would include proprietors, managers and supervisors.
