CIEH L3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures

Based on the knowledge gained from the Level 2 Award in Food Safety, this course works through the principles behind HACCP and enables the caterer to devise and implement a food safety management system to demonstrate legal compliance.

It also counts as 1 day of the Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering, if both have been taken within 12 months.

Aimed at:

Supervisors, to provide training for those involved in the design, implementation and management of a system of hazard analysis in food businesses.

A one day course 9.30a.m. – 5.00p.m. with a one hour written case study assessment.
