CIEH L3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering

To enable supervisory staff to comply with food safety legislation. ensure the production of safe food and to identify and correct food safety hazards.

Aimed at:

Supervisors, team leaders, managers and proprietors of food and drink businesses. Appropriate for those who are managing hazard analysis systems.

Note: if you possess the level 3 award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures you will not be required to do the 3rd day of this course.

3 Full Days, 9.30am to 4.30pm, plus two hour assessment and written case study assessment.
