At Smart Training and Recruitment we offer a wide range of courses to suit all needs
Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services
- To achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services, learners must attain a minimum of twenty eight credits
- Eight credits from Mandatory Group A
- A further of twenty credits must be achieved by completing a minimum of one unit from each Optional Group
- A minimum of eleven credits must be achieved at Level 2 from optional groups B to E
- Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services; to achieve this learners must attain thirteen credits from completing two mandatory units
- One unit will be assessed through a multiple choice test
- One unit will be completion of a workbook that is internally assessed

- Application of Number Level 1
- Communication Level 1
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
