Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services

  1. To achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services, learners must attain a minimum of twenty eight credits
  • Eight credits from Mandatory Group A
  • A further of twenty credits must be achieved by completing a minimum of one unit from each Optional Group
  • A minimum of eleven credits must be achieved at Level 2 from optional groups B to E
  1. Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services; to achieve this learners must attain thirteen credits from completing two mandatory units
  • One unit will be assessed through a multiple choice test
  • One unit will be completion of a workbook that is internally assessed

  • Application of Number Level 1
  • Communication Level 1
  1. Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
