At Smart Training and Recruitment we offer a wide range of courses to suit all needs
Level 2 Certificate in Retail Skills
- To achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Retail Skills, learners must attain a minimum of twenty four credits
- Eight credits from Mandatory Unit in Group 1
- Eighteen credits from the Optional Units in Group A, B, C or D
- A minimum of fifteen credits must be achieved at Level 2 to include the mandatory unit
- Candidates cannot take more than one Customer Service unit Group C
- Candidates cannot take credit from Group A units if they are also claiming credit from Group D
- Level 2 Certificate in Retail Knowledge; to achieve this learners must attain fourteen credits
- A minimum of ten credits from Group A
- A minimum of four credits from Group B
- Key Skills to include
- Application of Number Level 1
- Communication Level 1
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
