Level 2 Diploma in Beverage Service
- To achieve a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Beverage Service, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
- Eleven credits from mandatory Group A
- A minimum of seven credits from optional Group B (Beverage Service Units)
- Remaining nineteen credits from groups B or C
- Unit 920 must be chosen as one of the optional units
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Beverage Service); to achieve this learners must achieve thirteen credits in total
- Seven credits from mandatory Group A
- At least one credit from optional Group B
- The remaining credits from optional Groups B or C
- Key Skills to include
- Application of Number Level 1
- Communication Level 1
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
