Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service
- To achieve a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
- Fifteen credits from mandatory Group A
- A minimum of three credits from optional Group B
- A minimum of three credits from optional Group C
- Remaining sixteen credits from groups B, C or D
- Unit 920 must be chosen as one of the optional units
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food and Beverage Service); to achieve sixteen credits in total
- Eight credits from the mandatory Group A
- A least one credit from optional units Group B
- At least one credit from optional Group C
- The Remaining credits from optional Groups B,C OR D
- Key Skills to include
- Application of Number Level 1
- Communication Level 1
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
