Level 2 Diploma in Food Production

  1. To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Food Production, learners must attain a minimum of forty credits
  • Ten credits from the mandatory units in Group A,
  • Sixteen credits from Group B
  • Fourteen credits from Group C.
  1. Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Production and Cooking) learners must achieve a minimum of sixteen credits total;
  • Five credits from the mandatory units in Group A ;
  • A minimum of four credits from the optional units in Group B;
  • Remaining credits can be achieved from either optional Group B or C.

  • Communication Level 1
