Level 2 Diploma in Food Production

To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Food Production, learners must attain a minimum of forty credits
-
Ten credits from the mandatory units in Group A,

Sixteen credits from Group B
-
Fourteen credits from Group C.

Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Production and Cooking) learners must achieve a minimum of sixteen credits total;
-
Five credits from the mandatory units in Group A ;

A minimum of four credits from the optional units in Group B;
-
Remaining credits can be achieved from either optional Group B or C.
