At Smart Training and Recruitment we offer a wide range of courses to suit all needs
Level 2 Diploma in Food Service
- To achieve a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food Service, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
- Fifteen credits from mandatory Group A
- A minimum of eight credits from optional Group B (Food Service Units)
- Remaining fourteen credits from groups B or C
- Unit 920 must be chosen as one of the optional units
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Service); to achieve this learners must achieve fourteen credits in total
- Eight credits from mandatory Group A
- At least one credit from Optional units Group B
- The remaining credits from Groups B or C
- Key Skills to include
- Application of Number Level 1
- Communication Level 1
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
