Level 2 Diploma in Front of House Reception
- To achieve a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Front of House Reception, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
- Eleven credits from mandatory units in Group A
- A minimum of three units from the optional units in Group B
- The remaining twenty three units from optional units in Group B or C
- Unit 920 must be chosen as one of the optional units
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Front of House Reception); to achieve this learners must attain fourteen credits
- Seven credits achieved through four mandatory units in group a, a minimum of one credit from the optional units in group b, the remaining credits can be achieved from group b or group c

- Communication Level 1
