Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services

  1. To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
  • Eleven credits from mandatory units in Group A
  • The remaining twenty six credits from optional units in Group B
  • If the learner serves food they must complete unit CU921
  • If the learner prepares food they must complete unit CU1063
  • If the learner serves and prepares food they must complete unit CU 1063
  • A maximum of two Level 1 units from Group B
  1. Level 2 Award in Hospitality and Catering (Hospitality Services); to achieve this learners must attain twelve credits
  • Four credits from two mandatory units
  • Eight credits from Group B optional units

  • Communication Level 1
