Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services
- To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
- Eleven credits from mandatory units in Group A
- The remaining twenty six credits from optional units in Group B
- If the learner serves food they must complete unit CU921
- If the learner prepares food they must complete unit CU1063
- If the learner serves and prepares food they must complete unit CU 1063
- A maximum of two Level 1 units from Group B
- Level 2 Award in Hospitality and Catering (Hospitality Services); to achieve this learners must attain twelve credits
- Four credits from two mandatory units
- Eight credits from Group B optional units
