Level 2 Diploma in Kitchen Services

  1. To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Kitchen Services, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
  • Ten credits from mandatory units in Group A
  • A minimum of eleven credits from the optional units in Group B
  • A minimum of sixteen credits from the optional units in Group C
  1. Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Kitchen Services) learners must achieve thirteen credits in total:
  • Five credits from Group A Mandatory Units,
  • A minimum of one credit from Group B Optional Units to a maximum of 2 credits,
  • Remaining credits from Group C Optional Units.
