At Smart Training and Recruitment we offer a wide range of courses to suit all needs
Level 2 Diploma in Kitchen Services
- To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Kitchen Services, learners must attain a minimum of thirty seven credits
- Ten credits from mandatory units in Group A
- A minimum of eleven credits from the optional units in Group B
- A minimum of sixteen credits from the optional units in Group C
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Kitchen Services) learners must achieve thirteen credits in total:
- Five credits from Group A Mandatory Units,
- A minimum of one credit from Group B Optional Units to a maximum of 2 credits,
- Remaining credits from Group C Optional Units.
