Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery

  1. To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery, learners must attain a minimum of fifty eight credits
  • Thirteen credits from mandatory Group A
  • A minimum of forty five credits from optional Group B
  1. Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery), learners must attain a minimum of twenty six credits. Learners must achieve:
  • Seven credits from Group A Mandatory Units
  • Nineteen credits from Group B Optional Units
  1. Key Skills to include
  • Application of Number Level 1
  • Communication Level 1
  1. Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
  1. Employment Rights and Responsibilities
