Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery
- To achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery, learners must attain a minimum of fifty eight credits
- Thirteen credits from mandatory Group A
- A minimum of forty five credits from optional Group B
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery), learners must attain a minimum of twenty six credits. Learners must achieve:
- Seven credits from Group A Mandatory Units
- Nineteen credits from Group B Optional Units
- Key Skills to include
- Application of Number Level 1
- Communication Level 1
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (starts after 31 May 2011)
