Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery

  1. To achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery, learners must attain a minimum of fifty six credits
  • Seventeen credits from mandatory Group A
  • Remaining seventeen credits from Group B
  1. Level 3 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery) Learners must attain a minimum of twenty six credits to achieve this qualification. They must achieve
  • Nine credits from the mandatory units in Group A,
  • A minimum of at least seventeen credits from optional group B.
