Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery
- To achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery, learners must attain a minimum of fifty six credits
- Seventeen credits from mandatory Group A
- Remaining seventeen credits from Group B
- Level 3 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery) Learners must attain a minimum of twenty six credits to achieve this qualification. They must achieve
- Nine credits from the mandatory units in Group A,
- A minimum of at least seventeen credits from optional group B.
