Course demonstration
This course replaces the old ‘Basic Food Hygiene’ Certificate and meets the new 2006 standards. By its very nature, a level 2 course is complex and has a comprehensive learning content. We therefore will allow users to ‘dip’ in and out of the learning content until they are thoroughly happy that they have understood the learning. When ready, the candidate can opt to take the test, and the learning will become blocked, creating examination conditions.
The Test
The test follows the standards. It has a 30 multi-choice question range (from a variable bank of 90 questions) of which the candidates must achieve 66% to obtain a certificate.
The Certificate
The candidate will fill in a registration form which will be automatically sent to ASET, and when the paper has been electronically marked, the results will be recorded. The candidate has the option to print out their marked paper. The successful candidate can instantly print their certificate. This is the simplest, most convenient way to achieve compliance.
