Smart Training and Recruitment would welcome opportunities to expand their partnership working with new and existing employers, both locally and nationally in a range of sectors.
Work experience placements with mentoring and training are required to support our programmes. In return we can offer you:

- Business development by working under a three way agreement with our sector specialist Training Advisors who will regularly visit your employees (our learners) in their role, assessing them to the national vocational standard, which in turn will lead to improved productivity and profitability.
- Further you will be able to assist the Government Agenda in reducing those reliant on state benefits.
