We use The National Apprenticeship on-line website which is a government funded online service where we can advertise your Apprenticeship vacancies and find you the perfect candidate. When the right candidate has been selected, we can then work with your company to provide Apprenticeship training, tailored to your specific needs. We also have our own vacancy matching system to match candidates to employer vacancies.
Who are they for? You can use Apprenticeship vacancies to start your first career or employers can use them as a tool to recruit and train new employees. Funding is available to train Apprentices.
What do Employers get out of it? An Apprenticeship not only trains employees in the skills you need and want, it has an array of business benefits as Apprentices tend to be enthusiastic, motivated and loyal to the company that invests in them.
What do Smart Training and Recruitment do? Smart Training and Recruitment will arrange for one of our Business Development Consultants to meet with you to guide you through the process.
They will:-
- Explain the way that Apprenticeships and Apprenticeship Vacancies can work for you.
- Recruit an Apprentice using the online service making it easier for employers to advertise to wider range of applicants.
- Smart Training and Recruitment will find suitable matches for each Apprenticeship opportunity you advertise and can help you decide if an apprenticeship is right for you.

You’ll gain industry specific recognised qualifications and with Smart Training and Recruitment you will be offered full support during training. An Apprenticeship will enable you to open up further career and learning options for the future. Many of our Apprentices are able to gain quality opportunities through apprenticeship vacancies and better career prospects through promotion upon completion of the Apprenticeship training programmes.
