Foundation Learning Curriculum

Smart Training and Recruitment launches its new, Foundation Learning curriculum, being delivered in training centres in Brighton and the Isle of Wight.

The courses have been designed to broaden learner participation blended within themes for sustainability, employability, health and fitness and some elements of horticulture – (growing your own vegetables).

Smart Training and Recruitment  are proud to announce the completion of a massive investment of learner resources for the Training Centre’s.  They have been fitted with fully equipped kitchens incorporating  eight work stations.

The objectives are to provide high quality practical cookery lessons, delivered by highly qualified chef  Training Advisers ,whose  aim is to give our learners the opportunity to learn to  prepare healthy and nutritious food within a given budget.
