Training Kitchen

The company has now completed its building project for a Training Kitchen in its two centres.
It has been designed to offer eight fully equipped working stations, and the training facility will be used to deliver inspirational practical cookery training to Foundation Learning learner's as part of their Personal Social Development, Sustainability and Healthy Eating programmes.
In addition to the Foundation Learning programme using this facility the Hospitality and Catering Training Advisers will also be making use of this resource to deliver practical off job learning to our trainee chef's.
In addition to the new kitchen training facility, Jenny and the team have started the year with a new curriculum and timetable which will utilise the new kitchen and the garden at Dinson House.
It is envisaged that the significant investment made will allow our Foundations Learning learners to become model citizens, impacting positively within the community in which they live and work.
