Smart Training and Recruitment receives an “Outstanding” Grade from Ofsted
During October, Smart Training and Recruitment was the subject of a four day Ofsted inspection. The team of five inspectors found “the overall effectiveness of Smart Training and Recruitment is good. Leadership and management are good and the arrangements for equality of opportunity are outstanding”.
