National Apprenticeship Service - Grant to Employers

The NAS are providing up to 5,000 apprenticeship grants for employers recruiting 16 – 17 year olds. The employer will receive £2,500 to encourage them to take on a 16-17yr old.
We have an Employer flyer available, giving detailed information, plus an employer agreement.
Learners must be unemployed and must start on or before 31st March.
Employers’ who are interested must first be registered, through Smart Training, for approved by the NAS and supply their: Name, Post Code and Apprenticeship Vacancy Title.
Once approved the employer will have to sign an employer agreement, which Smart will go through, assisting at all stages, and give active support in recruiting the right candidate to fill the position.
THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR EMPLOYERS, SO PLEASE DO NOT DELAY IN GETTING STARTED.
The 5000 grants will be allocated on a first come basis.
