To mentor, train, assess coach and inspire learners across the Isle of Wight to achieve their individual learning programmes to the standards set by Smart.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Five years occupational experience with at least two years at a management / supervisory level. Experience of NVQ’s and/or A1, V1 qualifications highly desirable but not essential

Key Competencies for all roles
Ability to be a self-starter, target focused, and to reach well informed and clear decisions. Excellent organisation, communication, administration with Good I.T. skills
